Homes On Tap
We locked our Director of Information Technology and the head of training in a room and told them not to come out until they had a mobile app that helped our clients selling homes in the Columbus, GA area to get their homes seen and helped our buyers to get the most up-to-date information on homes as soon as it was available.
What they emerged with was "HomesOnTap". This is the only local-built real estate app that was built specifically for the Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama housing market. Others may say that their app was built for our area, but ours is the only one to be built in the Columbus, Georgia area!

And the best part is, you aren't restricted to just KPDD listings. The Home Hotline works for any Columbus GA or Phenix City Homes for Sale.

The past year seems to have been the point in time when the Columbus-Phenix City area bottomed out from the downward movement of the local housing market for the last few years. Figures just compiled indicate that home prices are beginning to rise, days on market are lower and houses are selling closer to the list price.
Last year, 2012, was a very interesting year in real estate for Muscogee and Harris Counties. For the first time in five or six years we began to see home values appreciate.
