Andrew was born and raised in a modest back-country home with humble, hard-working parents in a small town at the Rocky Mountain foothills of western Montana. Seeing his father work hard to provide for their family gave Andrew the passion to get his own hands dirty, foster a strong work ethic, excel in his career and take care of the ones he loves. In 2001, he met and married his beautiful wife while attending Yellowstone Christian College. They have now been married for 18 years, and have moved 18 times with their two, now teenage boys, so the process of searching for, buying and selling homes has become both fond and familiar. He spent most of his career in retail management, leading hundreds of team members in various WalMart stores in Montana and Tennessee before moving to LifeWay Christian Stores where he operated and lead teams in three stores in West Virginia, Montana and Georgia. Along the way, he served as a student minister and worship leader in the local church, and more recently, as a foster parent with his wife, caring for up to six sweet little children in their home at a time. He loves what he does, loves people and is driven by the pursuit of excellence and by a passion to serve people, exceed their expectations and help them achieve their goals.
