Howard Jefferson has a passion for developing sales talent. He has proven his ability to help sales associates expand their business and achieve their highest goals. He has produced "Rookie Of The Year Award" winners for the Board of Realtors as well as "Top Rookie Award" winners for the State Broker Council.
Howard's fundamental skills as a coach were first developed as a student manager for The University of Alabama Football Team. He now applies the philosophies of the legendary Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant to his real estate team.
As a certified real estate coach, Howard's strength lies in his ability to help agents overcome obstacles and develop personal systems for outstanding results. He works well with agents who are new to the business, seasoned agents who have "plateaued" and need to expand, and accomplished salespeople who need to be challenged.
